In celebration of the Chinese New Year, join us in a virtual cooking class on making dumplings - WonTons. We will supply you with a shopping list to purchase the ingredients needed to make your wontons and then join us as our club treasurer, Margie Ye, demonstrates how to make them. There will be a Chicken and Cilantro WonTons and a vegetarian version using Tofu and Spring Onions.  Full recipe and directions will be provided.
