  Dress up your Tesla and join us for the 23rd Annual Ocean Shores Flag Day Parade! After the parade we'll head out to the beach for a photo op on the sand. 

  
  

  Don't forget to stock up on candy to through from your car as well if you want to. 

  
  

  We're trying to get a group rate at The Polynesian Resort. Most lodging in Ocean Shores is a two night minimum.

  
  

  The weather in Ocean Shores is unpredictable and is typically 20 degrees cooler than Seattle in the Summer.  We suggest layers and rain gear, even in the summer.

• Mount Spokane Club Drive

  We  are in the planning stages for a  member only club drive to the top of Mount Spokane, targeting mid June when everything should be green and we should have good visibility before the smoke season.  The other challenge is waiting for the road to open to the top of Mount Spokane after the snow melt which is usually around mid June. 

  
  

  We hope to get an epic club photo on top of Mount Spokane!  You do not want to miss this! Does anyone have a drone that can take a group photo? 

  The drive will start late morning so the temps warm up, but also offer if folks would like to hike or go to lunch or dinner afterwards there should be time and options.  If anyone has any trail or lunch recommendations please email your recommendations to ne-lead@teslaownerswa.org

  The below photo is from a drive to the top of Mount Spokane in October 2022. The visibility was limited due to smoke and much of the background is more of a brown or yellow as the hot summers dry out the grass.

• Spokane Manito Park Meet-Up

  Join us at Spokane's beautiful Upper Manito Park to talk about Tesla!  We would like to open this event to non-members that may be interested in buying a Tesla but may have a few lingering questions.  We plan to setup south of the Upper Manito playground in the shaded area of the trees. Look for the TOWA/Tesla flags, Tesla traffic cones, miniature red Radio Flyer Model S and free donuts.  We should be within close proximity of the playground and splash-pad for any families with children.   This is far south side of Manito park for those unfamiliar.  We will try to take over the local parking lot with Teslas but space is very limited.  

  For anyone planning to attend that is interested in seeing any specific version of a Tesla - please email me at ne-lead@teslaownerswa.org and I will see if we can coordinate for that type to be there.

• 2nd Annual Mountain Loup Loup Scenic Drive

  Join us for a scenic drive through the Cascade Mountains along the Loup Loup Pass. Take in gorgeous views across Methow Valley, through Okanogan and Twisp.

  Caravan meetups from both the eastside and the westside will be coordinated and posted. Each caravan will then head to the Entiat chargers to meet and start the Drive. 

  From Entiat, the trip takes about 3.5 hrs to go around the loop from Entiat and back. If everyone is up for it, we can coordinate dinner after.

  For those wishing to make a weekend out of the drive, here are a few links to local hotels. Lodging is filling up fast so don't hesitate if you'd like a room.

  We'll start with a rosé tasting accompanied with charcuterie, then finish with 4 more tasting and flatbreads.

  Each year, Tinte Cellars selects two to four nonprofit organizations to receive a portion of all wine sales. Five percent of all retail sales and 10% of all wine club sales is split equally between the recipients. to Mary's Place, Northwest Harvest, Seattle Children's Behavioral Health Crisis Care Clinic, and Yakima Family Farm Workers Clinic.

• Spokane Prairie View Community Park and optional Free Swim Event

  Join us for a public social in the Prairie View Community Park followed by an optional swim event at the Southside Family Aquatic Facility! Our goal is to answer questions from the greater public about EVs, charging, etc.

  We are working to obtain the pavilion space and park our Teslas in the area highlighted on the attached map or near it.

  The free community swim event is a planned community benefit from June 18th through Aug 21st on Saturday nights from 6:00PM-8:00PM. The facility is focused on young swimmers but has multiple slides and play equipment. For more information check out the Southside Family Aquatic Facility.
