This will be the last year that this is offered to official club members. So grab it while you can. This form goes directly back to Tesla and you must fill out all four pieces of information needed to get your code. It will take from six to eight weeks to process this form before you will receive your code in an email as long as you opt in on Tesla's newsletter. The deadline to apply for your code is December 1st and it will expire at the end of this year and be gone for good.
